MASTER PACKING – Terms and Conditions

At MASTER PACKING, we are committed to delivering high-quality packing and filling machinery and ensuring that our clients understand the terms governing their purchase, warranty, and post-sale service. The following conditions outline our policies related to warranties, returns, refunds, and legal use of our machines.

Machines – Warranty Policy

• The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and applies only to manufacturing defects. Misuse or mishandling is not covered.

• The following consumable parts are excluded from the warranty under all circumstances: belts (all types), heaters (all types), pulleys (all types), and any consumable components within the machine.
• Machines not covered under warranty include: those without a serial number, units lacking a registered purchase invoice showing the serial number, machines with damaged wires, broken parts, or signs of electrical damage or misuse.
• MASTER PACKING is not liable, directly or indirectly, for any losses or damages caused by the inability to use the machine or resulting from conditions that void the warranty. These include: improper storage in unsuitable climatic environments, unauthorized repairs or modifications by non-approved technicians, incorrect installation, exposure to excessive electrical loads, use in applications different from the intended purpose, natural wear and tear, lack of scheduled maintenance, and repairs attempted outside the authorized service centers.
• To claim warranty service, all accessories provided at the time of purchase must be returned in full (internal and external). The original purchase invoice is mandatory for processing warranty claims.

Any deletion or alteration of the warranty certificate renders it void.

Note: By receiving the warranty certificate, the customer acknowledges receiving the machine in proper condition and agrees to all the terms mentioned above.

Product Return or Replacement

Customers may return or replace products purchased from MASTER PACKING within 14 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

A. Valid Return or Replacement Cases:

Discovery of a manufacturing defect

Receipt of the wrong product or a unit that does not match the specifications or order details

If more than 14 days have passed, the request will be handled according to the product’s warranty terms.

B. Conditions for Return or Replacement:

The invoice must be dated within 14 days

The product must be in its original condition

All product labels and tags must remain intact, including global product codes, MASTER PACKING identification labels, and promotional stickers

The product must not have been purchased using reward points, promotional credits, prizes, giveaways, or indirect transactions through third parties

The person requesting return or replacement must be the same as listed on the purchase invoice

C. Return or Replacement Is Not Applicable If:

The customer changed their mind

The item is free from defects

The item is available at a lower price elsewhere

General Return and Replacement Rules

Discounts and promotional offers applied during the original purchase are canceled and deducted from the refund amount.

Gifts, accessories, and spare parts included as promotional items are non-refundable, and their value will also be deducted from the refund.

Bundled items must be returned together; individual products within a bundle cannot be returned separately.

Free samples or gifts offered during promotions are not subject to return or refund.

All returns and replacements are subject to inspection by the Operations and Collection departments at MASTER PACKING. The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these terms.

MASTER PACKING does not cover shipping, customs, or administrative fees associated with the return or exchange process.

Some products are labeled as “non-returnable”, and these are excluded from return and exchange policies. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these conditions.

When replacing a product, the following conditions apply: Replacement is subject to stock availability. MASTER PACKING may provide a similar or equivalent product. Evaluation is based on current market prices, excluding discounts. Price differences may apply and must be covered by the customer.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed according to the following terms:
• Credit card purchases are refunded to the same card
• Cash purchases require a visit to our headquarters for a cash refund
• Points-based purchases are refunded in points only
• A 5% bank fee will be deducted from the refundable amount for card transactions
• Refund processing takes a minimum of 10 business days from the date of final approval

Legal Use of Equipment

All equipment sold by MASTER PACKING is intended for use in compliance with all local laws and regulations.

Any use of the machinery for packaging or manufacturing unlicensed or illegal products is the sole responsibility of the customer. MASTER PACKING disclaims any liability arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of its machinery.
